It’s important our communication is accessible to a broad range of client communities (many with English as a second or third language) and reflects the lived experience of the people we work with. In 2016, Catching Thoughts was recommended to produce FMC Annual Report and working with Sarah I observed: From the outset, Sarah was engaged, enthusiastic and really listened to what was said; Sarah offered helpful suggestions, based on her many years’ experience in marketing and communication, which always added value to the original proposition; Sarah was timely, diligent and consistently followed through; and Sarah is a great editor and has fantastic visual composition.

The result was a fantastic Annual Report and feedback indicates it is the most visually interesting, readable and accessible report thus far.
